MISSIONS ITEM OF THE MONTH - APRIL
DAYBREAK
During the month of April, we continue our focus on connecting with agencies that serve men, women, and families experiencing homelessness. We will be collecting boxes of breakfast bars (soft), individually wrapped snack items, and white vinegar for DAYBREAK, which is a day resource center that offers a place for people to eat breakfast, get snacks, shower, do laundry, receive basic healthcare, and connect with services available to them in the community. Daybreak is an amazing place where people are renewed and find fresh starts for their journey. Please place your donations in the baskets at the entrance to the ministry center at our missions table. Thank you in advance for taking care of those living in homelessness in our community.

QUARTERLY MISSION FOCUS
Second Quarter: Loaves & Fishes
Loaves & Fishes help bridge the gap for their clients who also become service providers by volunteering at the Jack Steppe Day Life Center. Through their volunteer program, volunteers use the experience gained at Loaves and Fishes to obtain paid employment elsewhere. Without help from donors, church partners, and volunteers, none of their work would be possible. By supporting, you are taking a stand against the epidemic of homelessness and poverty in middle Georgia. The Loaves and Fishes Ministry is a sanctuary in the heart of Macon/Bibb, worshipping in the Christian tradition, welcoming and affirming all, nourishing sacred relationships, and serving the less fortunate.
