Weekly Youth ministry opportunities

Our 6th-12th grade students have several opportunities to meet with one another for worship and fellowship each week.

Most of the meetings are Junior High (6th-8th grades) or Senior High (9th-12th grades) specific.

Our Sunday school is traditionally designed around a short Biblical lesson and fellowship.

Sunday evenings are our main focus and involve games, a message, and small groups as well as a snack supper.

Weekly Schedule

Wednesday Night

Wednesday night programming will resume on September 8th, and features a new format:

6:00pm-6:30pm: Dinner. Once a month, the church will provide a catered meal. Every other week, we invite families to bring their food with them and enjoy it in their classrooms amongst their peers. Youth will eat in the youth room.

6:30pm-7:30pm: Programming. There will be opportunities for every age, from the youngest child to our oldest adults! Youth will have their 17:11 Bible study in the youth room during this time. We are going to use CS Lewis's The Screwtape Letters as a frame for Bible study.

Sunday Morning

All of our students meet together at 10:45am in the Youth Room. We're currently working our way through The Bible Project's biblical book overviews and tracing the threads that tie all 66 books of the Bible together into one cohesive narrative. This program is for all 6th-12th graders.

Sunday Evening

Junior High: 4:00pm-5:30pm

Snack Supper: 5:30pm-6:00pm (Junior High and Senior High together)

Senior High: 6:00pm-7:30pm

All students are asked to enter the building through the Ministry Center door.  It is always marked with a Foomack Youth flag and a sandwich board displaying the times for drop off and pick up.

If you would like to provide snack supper one Sunday evening, click here! Karen Smith will coordinate with you the week you choose and answer any questions you have.
