Is it really ever too early to think about Christmas? This year, I’m offering a 12 piece Advent ornament set entitled, “Names of Christ.” Each ornament displays a name used for Jesus and a Bible reference for that name. A devotional booklet written by the Forest Hills Church staff and burlap bag are also included. Display one ornament daily as a countdown to Christmas or display them all at once and use the booklet as a daily devotional during Advent. What a great new tradition to share with your family and friends! The “Names of Christ” ornament sets will be available in a limited quantity. Order online, call, or email Nahcole in the church office to reserve your set(s). The cost is $36 and a portion of the proceeds will go towards our Advent Offering this year.

SANCTUARY RESPITE MINISTRY: MAKING A PLACE FOR FAMILIES LIVING WITH DEMENTIA
Our goal is to love, care for, and serve families who have a loved one living with dementia. Notice the word “live”! There is so much living to do: songs to be sung, laughter to be shared, scripture to be held, and discoveries to be made while you live with dementia. Sanctuary Respite Ministries desires to create a place where all that can happen in our sanctuary space at the Ridge Campus on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The mission of Kairos is to share the transforming love & forgiveness of Jesus Christ with incarcerated men so they can become loving, productive citizens. Forest Hills shares through prayer, baked goods, & drawings from the children of our church.
Since 1971, Macon Outreach has been working vigorously to address the needs of the impoverished in Macon. Through regular donations & volunteers, Forest Hills is proud to be a part of this ministry! This month we are collecting FRUIT CUPS OR CANNED FRUIT for those in need. if you are able to donate, please place your items in the Missions Cabinet at the canopy entrance.
