Keynote speaker: Cindy Ricker

Join us for an evening of fellowship and growth with women of faith. Learn about the influence of women in mission around the world. Cindy Ricker has an enthusiastic approach to life and offers practical tools for every woman on how to live out their commitment to God in their daily life. With nearly 25 years of speaking to women in a variety of church contexts at home and internationally, Cindy’s desire is to be used by God to ignite renewal and restoration in every person she meets. Ricker currently serves as Associate Director of “Light for the Nations Ministries”, an evangelism and missions organization which she and her husband, Reverend Mike Ricker, established in 1997. Traveling extensively with her husband throughout Venezuela, India, Guatemala, Mexico, Ukraine, Dominican Republic, Israel, Turkey, Peru and Puerto Rico she has discipled women to deepen their relationship with God. She and Mike live in Savannah, where he pastors Isle of Hope UMC.

A nursery will be provided. We will need to know the number of children and their ages when you register. There is no charge for the event. A light sandwich and salad supper will be provided by the United Methodist Women.

Location: New Ebenezer Retreat Center located near the beautiful city of Savannah

Ladies, put down these dates for our awe inspiring retreat this fall. We will begin on Friday with supper and finish on Sunday morning with plenty of time to get vack for fall activities that evening.

This year's speaker is the Reverend Josh Bizzel of First UMC in Warner Robins. Josh comes with a heart for helping others grow deeper in their relationship with God on a daily basis. He will guide us in considering how we might see God with new eyes and an uplifted faith.

Lodging is cabin style with each room housing two persons and a private bathroom. Be on the look out for registration forms available this month. Invite a friend, sister, co-worker, mom or any lady you know who wants to take some time away to refresh their soul.
